Brocolli

A healthy vegetable with recent articles stating broccoli is a super food, containing excellent vitamins and fibres.

We always have a fresh supply of either broccoli or purple sprouting broccoli, we make sure we always cut it fresh for our customers as it is one our most popular vegetables we sell.

Cabbages

From the black cabbage with its dark strong taste to the sweeter spring cabbage, we at Manor Farm grow many different varieties of cabbage and kale to suit our customer's needs.

Cabbage and kale can be cooked in stir frys, baked, steamed, boiled, eaten raw. You name it most likely you will find a variety of cabbage that will suit your taste buds.

Carrots

Our carrots are delicious and sweet, they can be eaten raw or cooked to your liking, and we sell our carrots two ways. With the tops on or with out which way you like them you decide.

Cauliflowers

Maybe the most popular vegetable we grow here at Manor Farm. We cut our cauliflowers fresh for our farms shop at least once a day, or twice if we have a rush on them, which are most weekends.

Cauliflowers can be used as a meal on its on naughty but oh so nice cauliflower cheese, or as a side vegetable for your Sunday roast.

Leeks

Boil them, fry them, roast them, and eat them raw. Do what you like with our great tasting leeks.

Although leeks are part of the allium family (same as onion and salad onions) we find that they have a more gentle taste to them.

Onions

Yes they may make you cry but they are great addition to any dish. From the sweeter tasting red onion to the stronger tasting brown onion, we even sell them as a mixed bag of onions so you can have a bit of both for your weekly shop.

Are onions are so nice one of our staff member eats them like an apple! (We do tend to stay away from him for a few hours after he has done this)

Parsnips

Has a slightly nuttier taste then some people would expect.

Can be simply roasted or mashed or boiled, as you like. Also for those with a bit more of sweeter tooth add some honey or maple syrup when roasting yummy!

Potatoes

We at Manor Farm have varieties of potatoes that are excellent for roasting, mashing, boiling, chipping, or ideal for salads. You name it and here at Manor Farm we are sure you can find a potato that will do the job for you.

Sprouts

Here at Manor Farm we always get remarked how sweet our sprouts are. And the main reasons for that is down to that we pick them fresh, and we hand pick them so that last longer for our customers.

Also according to our customers we sell the best bit of the sprout, the sprout tops.

So give our sprouts a go and see what you think and you never know we may convert you into a sprout eater!

Squash

Or Zucchini as some people know it as, it can be eaten raw in salads, stir fry, boiled, steamed. A very versatile vegetable indeed.
