Sprouts

Sprout Tops: 'The best bit of the stalk' as numerous customers tell us and yes we agree. The tops are similar taste to a cabbage, more tender then a spring cabbage but as harsh tasting as a Savoy cabbage. Mix them up with another type of cabbage waken up your dinner.

Sprout Stalks: Our sprout trees as some of our customers call them! In our opinion if you want to keep your sprouts fresher for longer keep them on the stalks. If the sprouts look a little 'tired' just simply cut the bottom of the stalk off and place the stalk into an inch or two of water. This will soon revive the sprouts and make them last that little bit longer for you.

Bags of Sprouts: We at Manor Farm are known for our sweet tasting sprouts. Even though the old wives tale will tell you need a frost on them, our sprouts are just as sweet without the first frost. Give them a go and see for yourselves. We also hand pick the sprouts of the actual stalk no machinery is used, this enables the sprouts to stay much fresher for our customers
